Our Chef: having started out in patisserie, our Chef Victor Pinet went on to explore cooking as a whole. After gaining experience in southwest France and abroad, Victor forged his own culinary identity.
The pleasure of cooking fresh and unrefined produce, shortening production chains, and cooking according to the season, are the values reflected in our cuisine. Our short menu will tantalize the tastebuds of meat and fish lovers alike, and there are flavorsome vegetarian options too.
